Erica Early, PMP, currently serves as a Senior Cost Estimator at both AtkinsRéalis and Faithful+Gould since August 2016, where responsibilities include providing comprehensive cost estimates across various sectors, leading estimation teams, performing quantity takeoffs, and managing client communications. Prior experience includes working as an Estimator/Project Manager at James J. Anderson Construction Company from May 2010 to August 2016, during which Erica successfully bid and managed projects ranging from $1M to $15M and oversaw budgeting and cost reporting. Erica’s career began with a role as a Staff Accountant, focusing on financial analysis and reporting. Erica holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from La Salle University, completed in 2010.
