Jo-Anne Peck

Jo-Anne Peck is an experienced professional in the field of historic preservation, currently serving as the Cultural Resource Team Lead for AtkinsRéalis since April 2023. As the owner of Preservation Resource, Inc. since 2000, Jo-Anne has combined expertise from a historic preservation design firm and a construction company focusing on historic building renovations. Jo-Anne also owned Historic Shed from 2008 to 2023, a company specializing in custom designed outbuildings for historic Florida buildings. Earlier career roles included serving as an Architectural Drafting Instructor at New England Institute of Technology and as a Historic Preservation Specialist at Jones + Song Architects. Jo-Anne began the professional journey in historic resources as the Assistant to the Director at the Florida Division of Historic Resources. Jo-Anne holds a Master’s Degree in Historic Preservation and Conservation from Savannah College of Art and Design and a Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural and Building Sciences/Technology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
