J. Arnold Quinn

J. Arnold Quinn has an extensive work experience in the energy industry. J. Arnold started their career as a Staff Economist at Laurits R. Christensen Associates from May 1990 to August 1993. J. Arnold then joined The Brattle Group as an Associate in 2000. From there, they moved on to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and held various director positions, including Director of the Division of Energy Market Oversight, Director of the Division of Economic and Technical Analysis, and Director of the Office of Energy Policy and Innovation. J. Arnold worked at FERC from August 2008 to May 2018. Currently, they are employed at Vistra Corp. where they have held positions such as Senior Director of FERC-jurisdictional markets, Vice President of FERC-Jurisdictional Markets, Chief Economist, and Senior Vice President of Regulatory Policy.

J. Arnold Quinn obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1987 to 1991. J. Arnold later pursued a Ph.D. in Economics at the University of Minnesota from 1993 to 2000.
