Scott Kelley

Scott Kelley has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Scott began their career at BG Group as a Project Manager before moving to Network Rail as a Project Director. Later, they joined Lend Lease as a Consultant Project Manager, working on various rail-related projects. In 2003, Scott joined Atkins where they held multiple roles, including Director of Design & Programme Management and Market Director - Rail. Scott also served as Managing Director of Major Projects, overseeing the delivery of projects in the UK and the Middle East. Currently, Scott is the Global Head of Rail Market at AtkinsRéalise.

Scott Kelley completed their Master's Degree in Construction Engineering Management from the University of Cambridge from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Liverpool, studying from 1985 to 1998.
