Vaibhav Pawar

Vaibhav Pawar currently serves as a Junior Advisor in People Analytics at AtkinsRéalis since December 2024, having previously held the role of Consultant in the same field. Vaibhav also contributed to the Analytics placement committee at TISS Mumbai as a Senior Placement Committee Member from July 2024 to July 2025. An AI/ML Intern at Sutherland from April 2024 to June 2024, Vaibhav worked on the Sutherland Extract Project, which involved developing an AI-powered OCR platform for data extraction, and created a decision tree model for admission eligibility with 76% accuracy. Prior experience includes a Research Intern position at PASONA India Private Limited, where comprehensive research on modern hiring techniques was conducted using the 5W2H framework. Vaibhav holds a Master's degree in Analytics from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (2023-2025) and a B.Tech in Computer Science from Sri Manakula Vinayagar Engineering College (2014-2018).
