Cristina Villa-Aguirre

Cristina Villa-Aguirre is a Mechanical Manufacturing Engineer at Atkore since June 2022, previously serving as a Supplier Development Engineer at Honeywell Aerospace USA from May 2021 to June 2022, and as a Manufacturing Product Engineer at Honeywell Aerospace from June 2017 to May 2021. Cristina's early experience includes working as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the New Mexico Alliance for Minority Participation, where research focused on the mechanical properties of wood-plastic composites, and as a Summer Research Intern at the USDA Agricultural Research Service, concentrating on optimizing advanced biofuels. Cristina holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from New Mexico State University, completed in 2016, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from the same institution, earned in 2014.
