Dora Fung

Dora Fung currently serves as HR Director for Safety & Infrastructure Operations at Atkore, a position held since 2023. Previously, Dora held the role of Vice President of Global Human Resources at Signant Health from 2021 to 2023, where leadership capabilities were built within a global team of over 20 HR professionals, reducing voluntary attrition by 40%. Prior experience includes positions at AbbVie, where as Associate Director of Global Talent Management, a talent pipeline was significantly enhanced, and at GE in various HR leadership roles, focusing on organizational effectiveness and talent management. Earlier in the career, HR roles were held at Honeywell International, DaimlerChrysler, and through education, Dora earned a BS in Journalism and International Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
