Gerardo Alaluf

Gerardo Alaluf is an experienced professional in plant operations, continuous improvement, and process engineering. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Atkore since June 2019, Gerardo oversees overall plant operations, focusing on safety, production scheduling, manufacturing, maintenance, and quality. Previous roles include Continuous Improvement Lean Leader at Atkore, Process Engineering & Continuous Improvement Leader at Prysmian Group, and Line Manager at Mondelēz International, where Gerardo managed operations across various international markets. With a background in Lean Enterprise Management at General Cable, Gerardo implemented continuous improvement models and coordinated Lean Six Sigma training across Latin America. Gerardo holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and an MBA from Universidad de las Américas Puebla.
