Matthew Finke

Matthew Finke is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and quality management. Currently serving as Value Stream Manager at Atkore since January 2019, Matthew oversees daily operations and implements lean methodologies, focusing on productivity, quality improvements, and team development within a facility of 28 full-time employees. Previously, as Quality Manager at Atkore, Matthew managed the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015. Matthew has also held roles as Manufacturing Engineer and Field Service Engineer, showcasing a strong background in project management, technical support, and process optimization. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Wright State University, attained in 2012.
