Ryan Schlangen

Ryan Schlangen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product development and project management. Currently serving as a Program Manager for New Product Development at Atkore since February 2022, Ryan leads project initiatives and develops processes for stage-gate activities. As the owner of Ryan Schlangen Construction since March 2020, responsibilities include project management, resource scheduling, and client communication. Previously, Ryan spent 16 years at Chicago Faucets in various leadership roles, managing product development and engineering teams while overseeing budgets and strategic planning. Earlier career experiences include design engineering positions at Multitech Industries and The Intec Group, complemented by a Master of Business Administration from Benedictine University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Bradley University.
