Scot Schafer

Scot Schafer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and quality management. Currently serving as the Director of Quality for S&I - North America and Plant Manager at Atkore Inc. since August 2017, Scot oversees production, maintenance, and engineering initiatives. Previously held the position of Plant Manager at MW Industries, Inc., and Business Unit Manager at Belden Inc., with responsibilities including managing significant teams and coordinating operations within various manufacturing environments. Scot has also contributed to General Cable as a Materials Manager, focusing on raw materials management, and held several manufacturing and maintenance roles at General Motors Corporation. Scot holds a Master's in Manufacturing Management and a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University, enhancing expertise in the field.
