Biplav Dhakal

Biplav Dhakal is an experienced business development and sales professional currently serving as the NSW Business Development Manager (Maintenance) at SPEL Stormwater since May 2023, focusing on client relationships and lead generation. Prior to this role, Biplav held various positions, including Account Manager at Plumbers Co-op, where responsibilities included managing and growing accounts.
