Lionel Richard

Lionel RICHARD is an experienced professional in the real estate and construction sectors, currently serving as Directeur Général Adjoint for Grands Projets and Agence IDF Est at Groupe Atland since September 2016, alongside a role as Directeur Opérationnel and Directeur de Programmes. Previously, Lionel held various positions at ICADE from April 2011 to August 2016, including Directeur de Programmes Adjoint and Responsable de Programmes. Earlier experience includes roles at ICF HABITAT as Monteur d'opérations and CREDIT FONCIER as Expert Immobilier, as well as a Principal de Gérance position at Altice.
