Karolis Parfeniukas

Application R&D Engineer at ATLANT 3D Nanosystems

Karolis Parfeniukas is an Applications Scientist at ATLANT 3D since June 2022. Previously, Karolis served as a Nanolithography Specialist at the Niels Bohr Institute, University of Copenhagen from July 2018 to May 2022, providing support and training in nanolithography tools, and conducted research as a Technical Post-Doctoral Fellow focused on nanofabrication for topological quantum devices. Early career experiences include roles as a Teaching Assistant at Jacobs University Bremen and intern positions at the Lithuanian Energy Institute. Karolis holds a PhD in Biomedical and X-ray Physics from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and multiple degrees in nanomolecular science and physics from Jacobs University Bremen and Kaunas University of Technology.
