Mark Sullivan possesses extensive experience in finance and human resources across various sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Finance & HR and Financial Controller for the Atlanta Apartment Association since November 2017, Mark oversees multiple organizational divisions. Previously, as Chief Financial Officer at enAble of Georgia, Inc., from May 2008 to October 2017, Mark managed financial operations for a nonprofit dedicated to supporting adults with developmental disabilities. Mark's earlier roles include Vice President/CFO at The Sullivan Group, LLC, CFO at Action Legal Copy Service, Inc., and Corporate Controller at Art Laminating & Finishing, Inc., beginning with a foundation as a Senior Auditor/Accountant at Waddell, Smith, Magoon & Freeman, LLC. Mark holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Clemson University, completed in 1988.

The Atlanta Apartment Association is dedicated to keeping our members informed about new and proposed laws in Metro Atlanta while fighting to protect the rights of rental property owners. Because policies of the municipalities changes so often, it is nearly impossible for property owners to keep abreast of the new laws.
