Jessica L. Woodyard, Esq. serves as Staff Counsel for the Atlanta Beltline since October 2022, previously working as an Associate Attorney at ALAW - Albertelli Law from March 2021 to October 2022, where responsibilities included drafting deeds and conducting real estate closings. Prior to this, Jessica held positions as a Law Clerk at Evan Guthrie Law Firm and The Howard Law Firm, gaining experience in document drafting and legal research across various legal domains. Education includes a Doctor of Law (JD) from Charleston School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Spelman College. Additional roles include serving as a Student Representative for Thomson Reuters and a Substitute Teacher at Troup County Schools.

Atlanta BeltLine
The Atlanta BeltLine is the most comprehensive economic development effort ever undertaken in the City of Atlanta and among the largest, most wide-ranging urban redevelopment and mobility projects currently underway in the United States. The Atlanta BeltLine is a sustainable redevelopment project that will provide a network of public parks, multi-use trails and transit along a historic 22-mile railroad corridor circling downtown and connecting many neighborhoods directly to each other. Atlanta BeltLine, Inc. (ABI) is the entity tasked with planning and executing the implementation of the Atlanta BeltLine in partnership with other public and private organizations, including City of Atlanta departments.
