Darryl W. Lunon

Darryl W. Lunon, II currently serves as Associate Vice Chancellor, Senior Counsel, and Chief of Staff to the General Counsel at Vanderbilt University, having begun this role in July 2024. Previously, Darryl held positions as Deputy General Counsel and Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer at Georgia Institute of Technology, and as Chief Legal Officer and Director of Compliance at The Pennsylvania State University Applied Research Laboratory. Darryl's career includes legal roles with the US Navy's Naval Facilities Engineering Command and the US Army Corps of Engineers, as well as founding and enhancing the operations of a law firm. Educational qualifications include an eMBA from Harvard Business School and a Juris Doctorate from Mercer University, along with degrees in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and General Science from Morehouse College.
