Nonet Sykes

Nonet Sykes has extensive experience in equity, inclusion, and community development, highlighted by a tenure as Chief People and Impact Officer at Atlanta Beltline from April 2018 to February 2025, where initiatives were developed to enhance organizational culture and community engagement. Prior roles include Chief Equity and Inclusion Officer at Atlanta Beltline, focusing on operationalizing equity policies and promoting equitable access to opportunities, and Director of Racial and Ethnic Equity and Inclusion at Annie E. Casey Foundation, where Nonet led efforts to implement strategies for increased equitable outcomes for communities of color.
