Samantha Kanach

Samantha Kanach, AICP, is a dedicated urban planning professional currently serving as the Senior Community Engagement Manager for the Atlanta Beltline since March 2025. Prior experience includes working as a Program Manager at AARP for Livable Communities from January 2023 to March 2025, and as a Planner at WGI from July 2021 to December 2022. Samantha has also held roles as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Florida College of Design, Construction and Planning, and gained early experience as an Urban Planning Intern at KCI Technologies, Inc. Additionally, Samantha was involved as a Cycle Instructor at UF RecSports. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in City/Urban, Community, and Regional Planning, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Sustainability Studies, both from the University of Florida.
