Fernanda Santiago

Fernanda Santiago serves as the Statewide Senior Manager of Community Engagement at Hispanas Organized for Political Equality (HOPE) since June 2023, focusing on building relationships with key stakeholders across California. Prior to this role, Fernanda worked as an Annual Fund Associate at Community Health System from March 2021 to May 2023, where outreach was conducted to secure fundraising opportunities. Additionally, Fernanda held the position of Regional Field Director at the California Democratic Party from June to November 2020, overseeing and training field organizers and volunteers for voter outreach in the Central Valley. Fernanda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UCLA.
