Grisell Valencia

Grisell Valencia currently serves as the Director of Organizational Development and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Atlanta Community Food Bank, a position held since December 2021. Previous experience includes roles such as Regional Talent Partner at Finish Line from September 2018 to July 2021, and Human Resources Business Partner at SPG International, LLC from January 2015 to September 2018. Grisell also worked as Workforce Development Manager at the Latin American Association between January 2014 and January 2015 and Human Resources Representative at PepsiCo from December 2009 to May 2013. Earlier experience includes a fellowship with the Massachusetts Black and Latino Legislative Caucus in 2009 and a managerial role at the US Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration from November 2008 to June 2009. Grisell holds a BA in Communication and Media Studies and Business Administration from Pine Manor College.
