Eric Johnson has over 15 years of experience in research and marketing. Eric most recently served as the Director of Research at the Atlanta Convention & Visitors Bureau, where they developed research programs and tools to improve strategic and marketing decisions. Eric also authored an internal white-paper outlining new organizational metrics. Prior to that, Eric worked as a Marketing Research Graduate Student at the University of Georgia, focusing on beverage distribution partnerships for Coca-Cola. Eric also worked as a Global Strategic Research Intern at Crown Financial Ministries, conducting online survey research and exploring opportunities for social media in online learning. Eric began their career as an Intern at Landor Associates, conducting competitive research for destination brand clients.

Eric Johnson has a BBA degree in Marketing from Southern Methodist University, which they completed between 2002 and 2006. In 2009, they attended the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business and received a master's degree in Marketing Research (MMR) in the year 2010.
