Senior Vice President, Marketing and Brand Strategy at Atlanta Convention & Visitors Bureau

Sheretha Bell has over 19 years of experience in various roles related to brand management, marketing, and sales. Sheretha began their career at Atlanta Convention & Visitors Bureau in 2000, where they worked their way up to Vice President, Brand. In this role, they were responsible for spearheading the brand and marketing strategy for the organization, establishing brand guidelines, and ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Creative & Content, where they successfully led a complete rebranding initiative with limited resources and played a key role in shaping the organization's marketing plan. Sheretha also held positions as Senior Manager, Manager, and Assistant Manager in Sales & Marketing Services at Atlanta Convention & Visitors Bureau, demonstrating their expertise in this area. Additionally, in 2019, they founded their own consulting company, SB & Co., where they serve as the Chief Brand Officer, providing brand identity and strategy services to small businesses, startups, and non-profits. Sheretha is a customer-centric strategist, storyteller, and leader who excels in developing impactful brand identities.

Sheretha Bell attended Spelman College from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English. In addition to their bachelor's degree, they have also obtained two certifications. In July 2020, they received a Post-Crisis Leadership Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education. Furthermore, in May 2021, they obtained a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from the same institution.
