Oscar Zayas

Oscar Zayas is a dedicated professional with diverse experience in clinical research, health communication, and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Clinical Research Assistant at Atlanta Diabetes Associates, Oscar manages communication among patients, sponsors, and healthcare professionals while ensuring compliance with study protocols. Previous roles include producing and hosting a radio show focused on sexual health education at WTBU Radio, conducting research on immunization barriers for migrant children with the International Centre for Migration, Health and Development, and advocating for student well-being as a Resident Assistant at Boston University. Oscar holds a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Medicine from Boston University and is pursuing a Master of Science in Health Communication at Boston University MET International. Leadership experience includes serving as President and Vice President of Georgia Health Occupations Students of America (HOSA), Inc. and coordinating activities as an Ambassador and Vice President at McIntosh High School.
