Brittni Donaldson

Brittni Donaldson is an accomplished basketball coach and data analyst with extensive experience at various professional organizations. Currently serving as an Assistant Coach for the Atlanta Hawks since June 2023, Donaldson previously co-founded and directed Strata Athletics from September 2021 to November 2023. Additional roles include Assistant Coach and Director of Coaching Analytics for the Detroit Pistons, Assistant Coach and Director of Coaching Development for the Hamilton Honey Badgers, and Assistant Coach for the Toronto Raptors and Raptors 905 while also working in basketball operations as a Data Analyst at MLSE from August 2017 to July 2021. Prior to that, Donaldson gained analytics experience at STATS LLC, where roles included Data Analyst and SportVU Quality Analyst. Donaldson holds a Bachelor's Degree in Statistics and Actuarial Science from the University of Northern Iowa, earned in 2015.
