Reva Irby, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the People and Culture Manager for the Atlanta Hawks, beginning December 2023. Previously, Reva held the position of Complex Director of People & Culture at Crescent Hotels & Resorts, overseeing workforce management for two hotels with over 320 employees. Reva's extensive experience includes roles such as Complex Director of Human Resources at Marriott International, where talent management initiatives were enhanced, and Director of Operations, Human Resources at The Westin Peachtree Plaza in Atlanta, managing HR operations for over 500 employees. Earlier career milestones include Human Resources Director at Sheraton Suites Galleria-Atlanta, where strategic guidance was provided to the executive team, and Human Resources Manager at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts, focusing on HR administration and compliance. Reva holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Albany State University.
