Tyler Mahmood

Tyler Mahmood possesses extensive experience in security and customer service roles, with a current position as Practice Facility Security Lead for the Atlanta Hawks since May 2015. Previous roles within the organization include Practice Facility Security Officer and Security Officer, contributing to a strong foundation in safety and guest relations. Additionally, Tyler worked as a Retail Merchandiser for the Atlanta Braves from May 2019 to October 2021, where responsibilities included assisting in merchandise layouts and seasonal strategies across multiple store locations. Experience also includes serving as a Ticketing Agent at Mercedes-Benz Stadium from August 2017 to June 2021, engaging with customers and facilitating ticketing services. Tyler holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Georgia State University, completed in 2020.
