Jonelle Samuel

Jonelle Samuel is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and management. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Atlanta Housing since January 2020, Jonelle leads a team of Talent Acquisition Consultants, develops onboarding processes, and evaluates recruitment effectiveness through key performance metrics. Previously, Jonelle held roles at the Georgia Vocational Rehabilitation Agency, where responsibilities included managing recruitment teams, implementing HR policies, and developing recruiting strategies. Jonelle's career also includes experience at the Georgia Department of Labor and Blue Cross Blue Shield, with a strong foundation in HR analysis and claims processing. Jonelle holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Columbus State University.
