Lenny Koltochnik

Lenny Koltochnik currently serves as the Director of Policy and Research at Atlanta Housing Authority, a position held since September 2007, where responsibilities include developing scopes of work, managing research contracts, performing statistical analysis, and ensuring compliance with agency procedures. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Records Information Manager at the US Environmental Protection Agency and as a Trainer and Business Analyst at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, focusing on documentation and training initiatives. Lenny began a professional career as a Project Manager at Electronic Data Systems. Lenny holds a Master of Arts and a Doctor of Philosophy in Political Science and Government from Auburn University and Georgia State University, respectively, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in the same field from Oglethorpe University.
