Pamela O. currently serves as the Vice President of Choice Neighborhoods at Atlanta Housing, leading the implementation of HUD's Choice Neighborhood People Strategy to enhance workforce, educational, and health outcomes for target residents. With extensive experience in nonprofit consulting through Perfect Formula Consulting, LLC, Pamela enhances organizational productivity and sustainability for clients. Additional roles include Adjunct Professor at Brown Mackie College, Affiliate Executive Director at Dress for Success Atlanta, and Development Manager at the National MS Society. Pamela holds a Master’s degree in Social Work with a focus on Community Empowerment from The University of Georgia, a Bachelor’s degree in Family and Consumer Sciences from Nicholls State University, and a certification in Life Coaching.
