Aldo Venturo

Aldo Venturo has extensive experience in the field of mathematics education. Aldo is currently the Head of Math at Atlanta International School, where they have been working since 2018. Prior to this role, they worked as an IB Math Teacher at the same school. Aldo also has experience working with the International Baccalaureate as a Mathematics Examiner and Moderator since 2009. Before joining Atlanta International School, they served as the Head of Math at Rabat American School from 2015 to 2018. Aldo also worked as the Secondary Mathematics Leader at Nishimachi International School from 2009 to 2015, where they were involved in various instructional and curriculum development projects. Aldo's teaching experience includes positions at Colegio Franklin D. Roosevelt - The American School of Lima and Euroamerican College. Aldo started their teaching career at Saint Jude School Corazonistas, where they taught mathematics and physics and also served as the Dean of Students.

Aldo Venturo has a comprehensive education history. Aldo obtained a Doctor of Education - EdD degree in Leadership from the American College of Education, which they pursued from 2022 to 2025. Prior to that, they completed a Certificate in School Management and Leadership from the Harvard Graduate School of Education in 2022. Aldo also holds a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from the American College of Education, which they attained from 2014 to 2015. Aldo Venturo also has a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the American College of Education, earned from 2013 to 2014.

In terms of undergraduate education, Aldo Venturo earned a Bachelor of Arts in Education degree with a concentration in English Language Teaching from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, completed by 2004. Aldo also holds a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education degree with a concentration in Mathematics and Physics from the Faculty of Education, obtained between 1990 and 1994 at Universidad de San Martín de Porres.

Additionally, Aldo Venturo has several certifications, including Google Certified Educator Level 1 from Google for Education, obtained in June 2020. Aldo also has certifications in subjects like Instructional Supervision and Evaluation, Social-Behavioral-Educational Researchers, and Technology Leadership in the International School. All of these certifications were obtained at different times, ranging from 2016 to 2023.
