Maria Voutos

Head of Primary School at Atlanta International School

Maria joined AIS in 2012 for the opening of the Early Learning Center. She is a Canadian citizen of Greek heritage, and was born and raised in Montreal, Québec.

Maria has taught and coordinated Early Childhood programs at international schools in Asia, including South Korea, China and Thailand. While she has taught across the primary grades, her heart lies with early childhood education.

In addition to an Honors Diploma of Collegial studies in Early Childhood Education and a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education from Concordia University in Montreal, Québec, Maria holds a Master of International Education from Framingham State College.
