Mark Carter

Mark Carter is an experienced attorney currently practicing at Taylor English Duma LLP since January 2011, with a focus on Government Contracts, Construction Contracts, Land Use, Zoning, and General Commercial Litigation. In addition to this role, Mark serves as an Advisory Council Member at Atlanta Legal Aid Society since January 2020 and held a position as a Board Member at GHCA from 2015 to 2016.
