Tibria J. Brown currently serves as a University Department Representative for the Independent Interdisciplinary Major and a Teaching Assistant for JOUR 101 at Brandeis University, where involvement includes roles in Student Production Services. Tibria also works as Deputy Editor and Forum Editor for The Justice, Brandeis University's independent student newspaper, and is a member of the New York Times Corps, a talent-pipeline program for college students. Additional experience includes fact-checking for Atlanta Magazine and a marketing internship with GOOD DOCS, focusing on outreach and research for marketing projects. Tibria has a background as a Multimedia Journalist at VOX TEEN COMMUNICATIONS INC, where opinion pieces were produced, and has contributed to a toolkit for youth organizations during an internship with GA ASYD. Early work includes co-authoring and editing the book 'Sincerely, Gen Z' with Pembroke Productions, Inc. Tibria is pursuing a degree at Brandeis University and plans to study French language and culture at Université Paul Valéry - Montpellier III in 2024.
