Director Of Human Resources at Atlanta Mission

Victoria Owens has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Victoria started their career as a Client Services Manager at Invesco US in 1997. After that, they took a break to be a stay-at-home mom from 1999 to 2005. In 2005, Victoria joined WageWorks as a Project Coordinator for Flexible Spending Accounts. Victoria then worked as an Elections Clerk at Cobb County Government - Board of Elections in 2008. From 2009 to 2013, Victoria worked as a Tax Specialist at H&R Block and a Substitute Teacher at Faith Lutheran Church and School. Victoria also held the role of Human Resources Technician at Cobb County Government during the same period. In 2013, Victoria joined ShelfGenie as a Human Resources and Talent Development Manager. Victoria then worked as an HR Business Consultant at YES Consulting Services from 2015 to 2017. Most recently, Victoria has been with Atlanta Mission, where they started as a Volunteer HR Consultant in 2016 and has worked their way up to the role of Director of Human Resources.

Victoria Owens has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Management from Alverno College. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career.
