Dean Frey

Dean Frey is an experienced professional in utility services and management with a career spanning several decades. Currently serving as the Site Manager for Atlanta Public Schools since January 2017, Frey previously held key positions, including Construction Superintendent for the City of East Point, where responsibilities included overseeing water and sewer crews and managing the startup of various programs. Additionally, Frey served as Customer Service Director for the City of College Park, significantly improving call handling rates and collecting substantial overdue utility payments. Earlier roles included Director of Utility Services and Operations at Utility Quest of Georgia, Managing Director of Utility Services at United Water Utility Company, and City Manager for the City of Marietta. Frey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Georgia, earned between 1994 and 1998.
