Shay Gibson

Shay Gibson, Ed.S, currently serves as the Federal Programs Coordinator and Turnaround Schools Coordinator at Atlanta Public Schools since September 2022. Previously, Shay held the position of Title I Coordinator at Baltimore City Public Schools from August 2018 to March 2022 and served as a Title I Compliance Specialist at Baltimore County Public Schools from September 2016 to August 2018. Earlier roles include Educational Specialist II at Baltimore City Public Schools and Founding Dean of Curriculum & Instruction at Brilla Public Charter Schools. Additionally, Shay worked as Dean of Students at Harlem Village Academies and Assistant Principal and Teacher at Carroll County Schools.
