David Lesser

David Lesser is a seasoned music professional with extensive experience in orchestra personnel management. Currently serving as the Director of Orchestra Personnel at the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra since July 2025, David previously held similar roles at the Nashville Symphony and the Dallas Chamber Symphony. David began the orchestral journey as a Principal Horn with the Dallas Winds and as Second Horn with the Plano Symphony Orchestra, where tenure spanned from 2007 to 2022. Academically, David holds a Bachelor's degree in Music Performance from the Eastman School of Music and two Master's degrees in Music Performance from Wichita State University, earned between 2005 and 2007.
