Agata Bugaj is an accomplished product leader with extensive experience in product management, product design, analytics, and digital customer experience. Currently serving as SVP of Product at FullStory since October 2018, Agata leads multiple teams, including Product Management and Product Operations. Previous roles include senior management positions at The Home Depot, where Agata spearheaded digital strategies for Home Decor and customer-centric initiatives across various platforms. Prior experience includes consulting at Bain & Company, where Agata managed teams for client projects across diverse industries, and a foundational role as a Senior Software Engineer at IBM. Agata holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University, alongside co-founding Polishcarols.com.
