Theia Smith

Theia Smith is a professional with extensive experience in diversity, inclusion, and entrepreneurship. Currently, Theia serves at PwC focusing on the Workforce of the Future and has been a mentor and advisor to startups at Atlanta Tech Village since January 2020. Theia is a member of Leadership Atlanta, Class of 2018, and actively participates in the Leadership Committee for the Startup Runway Foundation, showcasing exceptional women- and minority-led businesses. As the Founding Executive Director of the Women's Entrepreneurship Initiative from September 2014 to July 2019, Theia conceptualized and launched Atlanta's first city-funded incubator for women entrepreneurs, providing essential resources and support to early-stage women business owners. Theia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English from Spelman College.
