David Wilkes

David Wilkes is an accomplished water consulting engineer with extensive experience in leadership roles across several prominent companies within the industry. Currently serving as a Board Member for the Atlanta Track Club since January 2023, Wilkes brings a wealth of expertise from a distinguished career that includes positions such as Senior Vice President at Ramboll and Water Brand Leader at O'Brien & Gere. Additional leadership roles include practice leader for water at Jacobs Engineering and service leader for the water business at Jordan, Jones & Goulding. Wilkes began his professional journey at Parsons as a project manager and has held various technical leadership positions focused on drinking water treatment technology. David holds a Master of Science in Environmental/Environmental Health Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University.
