Eric Heintz

Eric Heintz serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Performance Programming at Atlanta Track Club since June 2019, overseeing the professional track and field team Atlanta Track Club Elite and managing various races and events. Eric directs training programs for both adults and youth, including specialized initiatives for youth in various athletic disciplines. Prior to this role, Eric worked at Marist School for thirteen years as a Social Studies Teacher and Head Coach for both boys' and girls' cross country and track teams. Additional experience includes serving as Head Coach and President of High Miles Running, coaching athletes of all abilities, and teaching at Berkmar High School. Eric holds a Graduate Certificate in Educational Supervision and Administration from Johns Hopkins University, a Master’s degree in Social Studies Teacher Education from Emory University, and a Bachelor’s degree in History from John Carroll University.
