Garth Lagerwey

Garth Lagerwey currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Atlanta United FC, a position held since November 2022. Prior to this role, Lagerwey was the President and General Manager of Seattle Sounders FC from December 2014 to November 2022 and the Vice President and General Manager of Real Salt Lake from September 2007 to December 2014. Earlier in their career, Lagerwey worked as an Associate at Latham & Watkins from November 2004 to September 2007. Lagerwey holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor's degree in history and public policy from Duke University.
