Justin Veldhuis

Justin Veldhuis is an experienced sports communications professional, currently serving as Manager of Sports Communications at Atlanta United FC since January 2017, after previously holding the role of Communications Coordinator. Responsibilities include developing and executing the club's communications strategy, managing media requests, fostering media relationships, and interpreting interviews for key players and the head coach. Prior experience includes a Communications Intern position at Orlando City SC, a Graduate Research Assistant role at The Institute for Diversity and Ethics in Sport, and a Venue Press Officer Intern position during Copa America Centenario. Justin holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Sports Business Management from the University of Central Florida, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and International Studies from Elon University.
