Jason Slinkard

Jason Slinkard is an experienced leader in refinery and manufacturing operations, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Refinery Operations at Atlantic Alumina since November 2024. Prior roles include Vice President of Manufacturing Excellence at Vantage Specialty Chemicals and Vice President and General Manager at Cornerstone Chemical Company. Jason’s extensive background at BASF Corporation includes roles such as Site Director and responsibilities in corporate operational excellence, focusing on Lean Cultural Transformation and continuous improvement. Earlier experience includes positions at Pfizer and Clariant, with significant emphasis on process safety and Six Sigma project implementation. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
