Melissa Allred

Melissa Allred has a strong background in finance and has held various leadership positions throughout their career. Melissa is currently serving as the Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis at Atlantic Aviation, where they oversee financial planning activities for a network of over 100 FBOs across the United States. Prior to this role, Melissa was the Vice President of Corporate FP&A at Helen of Troy, where they were responsible for global financial planning and analysis activities for a $2 billion revenue company. Melissa has also held finance leadership positions at PepsiCo, including CFO of Bare Snacks, Director of FP&A for PepsiCo Brazil Foods, Region Finance Director for FP&A and Sales, Finance Director for National Accounts, and Senior Finance Manager for Supply Chain Procurement. Melissa's experience also includes roles in pricing, innovation, and marketing. Melissa has consistently delivered strong financial results, driven revenue growth, and led strategic planning processes.

Melissa Allred holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota. Melissa further pursued their education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
