Scott Fosgate

Scott Fosgate is an experienced mortgage professional currently serving as the Florida Area Manager for Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group since March 2023, focusing on team growth in the state. Previously, Scott held the position of Tennessee State Manager and Senior Loan Originator at FBC Mortgage, LLC from October 2010 to March 2023, assisting clients with financing real estate across multiple states including Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Colorado. Earlier, Scott was the Branch Manager and Principal Mortgage Broker at Edgewater Financial Group from November 2000 to October 2010, where a mortgage planning approach was employed to align clients' financing needs with their financial goals. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resources with a focus in Economics from The University of the South, earned between 1994 and 1998, and completed secondary education at Lake Highland Preparatory School.
