Kumar Sreekanti is a venture partner at Atlantic Bridge Ventures, specializing in software, cloud infrastructure, and AI/ML. With over 30 years of industry experience, Kumar has a proven track record of identifying and investing in cutting-edge technology startups. As a three-time founder-CEO Kumar brings a wealth of operational expertise that is invaluable to founders building and scaling startups.
Prior to joining Atlantic Bridge, Kumar served as the Global CTO and Head of Software at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), where he led the innovation agenda and technology roadmap for the HPE software-defined portfolio. He joined HPE through the acquisition of BlueData, where he was the founder and CEO. Before that, Kumar held leadership roles in R&D at top technology companies such as VMware, Akamai, and Adaptec.
Kumar is a graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur. In his free time, he enjoys gardening, photography, running, and delving into philosophy.
