Scott Ray

Scott Ray is the current Chief Technology Officer at Atlantic Coast Mortgage. Prior to this, they were the Director of Technology at Celebrity Home Loans from August 2016 to March 2021. Scott has over 22 years of IT experience and 18 years of experience as an independent mortgage banker. Scott is also licensed Loan Officer and has passed the MBA SOMB1 course.

Scott has a holistic understanding of the technical and developmental needs of the mortgage industry and has worked in all facets of IT, including management, networking, support, development, and business analytics. Scott has extensive experience with many loan origination systems, including Ellie Mae Encompass, and has created multiple complex screens, business rules, codebase, plugin customization, and software integrations.

At Celebrity Home Loans, Scott built out all technical departments and implemented the services that a fast-paced and challenging organization requires. Scott leveraged their IT and IMB experience to align the technology group with the organization and create the needed results.

Scott Ray has a certification from Microsoft in MCP - Microsoft Windows 2000 Directory Services Infrastructure, MCSE - Microsoft Certified System Engineer (Win2K), MCP - Implementing and Administering a Microsoft Windows 2000 Directory Services Infrastructure, MCP - Implementing and Administering a Microsoft Windows 2000 Network Infrustructure, Citrix in MetaFrame administration, Microsoft in MCP - Installing, Configuring, and Administering Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional, Microsoft in MCP - Installing, Configuring, and Administering Microsoft Windows 2000 Server, Microsoft in MCP - Implementing and Supporting Microsoft Proxy Server2.0, Microsoft in MCP - Internetworking with Microsoft TCP/IP on Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, and Microsoft in MCP - Implementing and Supporting Microsoft Enchange Server 5.5.
