Kimberly Thorpe has a diverse background in human resources, with experience in various roles and companies. Kimberly started their career at HCA Healthcare in 2007 as an Office Coordinator/Executive Administrative Assistant/Interim in Human Resources, where they managed schedules, communications, and front office functions for over 500 staff members. In 2013, they joined James River Air Conditioning Company, Inc. as a Human Resource Director, where they oversaw HR operations and implemented best practices and regulatory changes. From 2016 to 2020, they worked at UHS, first as the Director of Human Resources at UHS - Cumberland Hospital, and later as the Director of Human Resources at UHS - Poplar Springs Hospital. In these roles, they monitored overall HR issues, implemented new technologies and best practices, and oversaw various HR operations. Currently, Kimberly serves as the Director of Human Resources at Atlantic Constructors, Inc., where they lead a performance improvement team and ensures compliance with employment laws.
